Episode 10: A Hosting Formula for Reconnection at the Cabin | Spenser Kernea

Spencer joins us from his cozy makeshift porch studio complete with wood fireplace (not stove…Janice…) to share with us the story behind their creek side cottage build in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. Their very first step in the realization of this dream was meet with resistance when their realtor told them “you’re never going to find what you’re looking for.” After passing on here advice, they quickly found their slice of heaven and began planning to turn the 480sf “murder shack” into the whimsical forest escapee they could share with family, friends and anyone looking for space and time reconnect with their partner. From design and build to hosting, Spenser has tons of great insight and information to share.
